Delivery

The Company reserves the right to cancel any order and/or delivery in case of an unauthorized or fraudulent use of this website.

1.    DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All orders placed by the Client are for his (her) personal use only. Any partial or total product resale is strictly forbidden. Sales to professionals are subjected to a specific contract.

Upon delivery, the Client must examine the condition of the packaging and the conformity of product(s) ordered. In case of damage, missing products, or visible defects, the Client must refuse the delivery from the deliverer and inform us by email within 48 hours at Here.  

Delivery outside Canada: Deliveries of parcels outside Canada may be delayed as long as customs formalities have not been completed and customs duties paid by the Client. 

2.    PROOF OF IDENTITY & SIGNATURE

Upon delivery, the deliverer may ask the Client to show in ID with picture and sign the delivery slip or the acknowledgement of receipt before handing out the order. 

3.    CHOICE OF CARRIER

The Client may choose a carrier at his (her) own expense, or collect the order himself (herself). This choice is offered when placing an order at the section Transportations costs. 

4.    PREPARING AND PACKAGING

Our products are carefully packed for transportation and we make sure the Client receives them in good condition. 

5.    GIFT PACKAGING

You may personalize your order by choosing, for example, a gift package and also handwritten cards that we can make for you at a flat rate of $5 taxes excluded. 

6.    ORDER SHIPPING

You may have your order delivered at the address you want among the various addresses registered in your account in your personal space “My addresses”. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Orders are usually processed and sent to the nearest post office within a maximal period of ten (10) business days from the date of receipt of your payment, except in cases of force majeure. 

7.    SHIPPING METHOD

“Standard Parcel” is the standard shipping method, an economical ground service of Canada Post, delivered following your order, with signature. Upon order validation, you may modify and select the shipping method you desire. Different choices are offered at the step “Delivery charges”. No matters the shipping method you select, we will send you as soon as possible a link to track your parcel’s delivery online.

8.    DELIVERY TIME

Missing or inaccurate information may result in additional delivery time. The delivery time is given for guidance only; it includes the time for preparing and sending the parcel. Delivery time may vary according to destination and shipping service selected.

No matters the shipping method you select, we will send you as soon as possible a link to track your parcel’s delivery online. If you do not receive your parcel within 10 business days after shipping, please inform the Company. The Company shall in no case be responsible for consequences resulting from an unpredictable delay for reasons beyond its control and will.

9.    DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges must be paid for any order. These charges are calculated taxes excluded and based on several criteria, such as the place of delivery, the province (state) or country of delivery, based on parcel dimensions (length X width X height) and/or parcel weight, plus local provincial taxes of the place of delivery. Delivery charges include handling, packaging and shipping fees. We recommend the Client to regroup his (her) purchases in one single order to reduce delivery charges, because the first product takes up the biggest part of charges. In case of several separate orders, the Client must pay delivery charges for each order, if applicable.

10. FREE DELIVERY

“Free delivery” does not apply to some remote areas in Canada. The company offers “Free delivery” by regular standard shipping (standard package) for some items of our website. This offer applies to orders placed online with a Canadian delivery address and to any order whose value in Canadian dollar exceeds or equals to:

11. ORDER TRACKING

For each shipping, we send the Client an email with a shipment confirmation and shipping number which provide details of all information relating to his (her) order. This allows tracking the parcel until receipt. 

12. ABSENCE UPON DELIVERY

If the deliverer has attempted to deliver the parcel and the Client has not pick the parcel up after two consecutive attempts, this will result in the loss of shipping costs and parcel return fees will be deducted upon refund of the product returned. If the Client wishes the order to be reshipped, he (she) will be responsible for new shipping costs. 

13. NON-RECEIVED ORDER

If the Client does not receive his (her) parcel within ten (10) business days following the shipping date, He (she) must inform the Company so that we can make inquiry with the carrier. The Company shall in no case be responsible for consequences resulting from an unpredictable delay for reasons beyond its control and will. If the parcel has not been delivery for a period of one month, the Client may cancel his (her) order and ask for refund. 

14. MISSING ITEMS AND DAMAGES DURING SHIPPING

Upon delivery, the Client shall examine the condition of his (her) order against items received and shall never accept a parcel with missing or damaged items without expressing reserves when signing the acknowledgement of receipt. If upon delivery the Client has noticed that the original packaging is opened, torn or damaged, he (she) must imperatively refuse the parcel and indicate on the delivery slip the damages noticed “For example: Parcel refused because opened or damaged” to the deliverer. The Client must then inform the Company within 48 hours from the time of refusal.

By signing the acknowledgement of receipt without expressing reserves, the Client certifies that the product has been delivered in due form by the carrier and no claim shall be accepted with respect to the condition of the order delivered if the Client has accept to receive the parcel.

Failure to follow these procedures shall void the Client’s entitlement to make a claim in which case his (her) request will not be considered.
