Payment Methods

 1.       PAYEMENT

The Client must check all information relating to his (her) order before making any payment.

The Client must guarantee to the Company that he (she) has the necessary funds on his (her) bank account and possible necessary authorisations to use the payment method he (she) has chosen upon order validation.

Le Client’s order will not be effective until the related bank’s payment centre has given its consent and until the total amount of the order has been credited to our bank account.

Client outside Canada: A Client outside Canada may have to pay banking fees, if applicable, such as: foreign currency exchange fees, transfer fees, Swift fees and other fees, which the Client will be responsible for.

2.        PAYMENT METHODS

Various payment methods are offered to the Client on our website, such as: Credit card payment through PayPal website, check, bank transfer, or direct deposit. 

2.1     ONLINE PAYMENT

As part of the fight against Internet fraud, information relating to you order or your account may be provided to any third party for verifications, if required.

The Client is solely responsible for any costs incurred through usage of his (her) account and his (her) password. The Client commits to keep his (her) password confidential and inform the Company within 24 hours about any unauthorized use of his (her) password or violation of his (her) CGDV. The Company does not protect the Client against inadequate use of his (her) password. 

2.1.1    BY CREDIT CARD & PAYPAL

This is the most simple and easiest payment method. Any credit card payment through a PayPal account will be completed through the secured PayPal system, which ensures and takes on the security of payment registration in such a way that provided information is encrypted by encryption software and that no third party will be able to intercept or read the information during the transaction on the Internet. No information is therefore stocked on the Internet and the Company never reads your banking information. 

When payment is made by credit card, the total amount of the order will be debited from the client account upon validation of the banking transaction. 

The Client guarantees that:

- Information provided with regard to his (her) credit card is true, accurate and complete.

- He (she) will pay all costs incurred and all applicable taxes. 

2.1.2    BY LOYALTY POINTS CHECK

The Client may anytime use his (her) loyalty points accumulated by converting them into a discount coupon. To use loyalty points, open a session, go to section “My loyalty points”, then click on “Convert my points into discount coupon”. Once the points have been converted, you cannot go back and a virtual electronic code is automatically generated. This code is valid for one year from the date of conversion of your loyalty points. 

2.2     OFFLINE PAYMENT  

2.2.1    BY BANK CHECK  

The Company accepts payment by bank check for Canadian clients only. The check must be made payable to “Biovertu Products” with the order number and sent by prepaid mail to the address below within ten (10) business days from the date of order confirmation. Beyond that date, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Please note that it may take several days before we receive your payment.

All incidents regarding payment, returned check, fraud or attempted fraud related to the use of this website will automatically result in fees that the bank will charge us following such incident and the Client will be responsible for all charges debited.

2.2.2    BY BANK TRANSFER OR DIRECT DEPOSIT

The Client must make bank transfer within ten (10) business days from the order confirmation date. Beyond that date, the order will be automatically cancelled.

To use bank transfer, the Client will need the following information:
