7.    ELECTRONIC PRODUCT REGISTRATION

When you buy and install a new product, you may be required to electronically register your purchase.

When you register your product, we add this information to the information you have already provided. If you are not initially registered with us, we will create a personal profile using information you provided when making your purchase. If you wish to view or update your information, please visit the profiles center and click on “My personal information”. If you have not created a username yet, you will be required to do so in order to access your information. 

8.    CLIENTS’ PROFILES

As stated above, each registered client has a unique profile. A unique personal identification number is assigned to each profile. This unique number enables us to make sure that no one else can access your profile except you. 

When you register, we create your profile by assigning you a personal identification number. This identification number is sent to your hard disc as a cookie and this code is assigned only to you. This is your passport to easily navigate on www.biovertu.com. You may download free software, order free newsletters and visit reserved areas of the website without having to fill out a form gain. If you change computer, all you need to do is to re-register in which case you may use your existing username and password. 

9.    USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you register with us, you provide information about your place of residence including your name, email address. We use this information to send you your order tracking information, questionnaires to evaluate your satisfaction regarding our service quality, as well as our new special service announcements. When you place an order on our website, you are required to provide your credit card number and billing address. We use this information to bill items you order at that time. We keep your billing information in case you might wish to order from our website again; however this information cannot be reused without your authorization. 

We occasionally ask other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, for example, packaging, order shipping and delivery, answering clients’ inquiries about our products and services, mailing, and processing of registrations to events.
